KhabarnamaBot polls public RSS feeds every 15 minutes. When a feed has no thumbnail, it makes a bounded request to the linked article and reads only public image metadata. It stores headlines, short feed excerpts and publisher image URLs only — never full article text. Publishers can opt out at any time: publishers@khabarnama.io.
